- Data portability for data you provided.
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is consent-based.
- Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

How to submit a request
Email [email protected] with “Data Request” in the subject line, or use the contact page.
- Tell us which right you want to exercise and which data it relates to.
- Include enough detail for us to verify your identity and locate records.
- We confirm receipt, process the request, and reply with the outcome.
Most requests are completed within one month of verification. If a request is complex, we may extend by up to two additional months and will explain why.
