How to submit a request

Email [email protected] with “Data Request” in the subject line, or use the contact page.

  1. Tell us which right you want to exercise and which data it relates to.
  2. Include enough detail for us to verify your identity and locate records.
  3. We confirm receipt, process the request, and reply with the outcome.

Most requests are completed within one month of verification. If a request is complex, we may extend by up to two additional months and will explain why.
