Maxol is an Irish fuel and convenience retailer and one of the biggest petrol station brands in Northern Ireland, with around 100 stations there. About a third are run by Maxol itself, including its Auto 24 stations, and the rest by independent retailers under the Maxol name.
Many Maxol stations in Northern Ireland have a Spar or Eurospar shop run by the Henderson Group. Maxol has been upgrading its shops, for example adding a Post Office at Ballyholme in Bangor, and has introduced Maxol Premium Fuel at some stations.
Maxol has ultra-rapid EV charging hubs at Kinnegar (Holywood) and Ballymena. Its loyalty app and FuelPay feature were launched in the Republic of Ireland, so check the app before assuming they work at your local Northern Ireland station.
